• Uber/Taxi/Carpool drop offs are allowed into the first bay of the parking lot at the Kinsmen Sports Centre.
• We encourage you to bike to the festival – there will be secured bike lock up service for those that do.

Children aged 6 and under are free and do not require a ticket; they must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian with a ticket. All children aged 6 and under will be registered at the Box Office at the main gates where they will receive a numbered wristband and contact information will be recorded with the team before entering the festival grounds.

There is no designated area for kids at Soundtrack. Children are welcome in the GA area, children are not permitted in the VIP areas or smoking areas. In the case of lost children, please report to the Information tent or box office by the entrance of the festival grounds.

Wagons and strollers are permitted onto festival grounds. 

No outside food or beverages are permitted. 

There will be many amazing local food vendors with plenty of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options, local art vendors, extra washroom facilities, and alcohol service for those 18 years of age and older. ATMs are available right on the festival grounds. We’ll post the list of vendors closer to the festival, stay tuned!

Tickets are non-transferable.

There is no re-entry at Soundtrack and all exits are final.

There’s no camping on site, but lots of great hotel choices in Edmonton within walking distance or a short cab ride. 

• Yes – the full site is licensed! Alcohol service for those 18 years of age and older (with valid government issued ID) will run for the entire event.
• Minors consuming or carrying alcohol will be escorted off the site without refund and will be referred to the Edmonton Police Service for further action. Intoxicated patrons may be asked to leave the festival site at the discretion of security staff. Please remember to drink responsibly.
• You must get an 18+ Age Verified wristband (a new one for each day) before purchasing, drinking or holding any alcoholic beverages.

Cannabis is treated the same as tobacco; it must be consumed in the designated smoking area – no minors and no alcohol allowed. Standard laws apply in regards to carrying, selling or illegal use of the product which will be governed by the Edmonton Police Service.

Management/security reserves the right to prohibit entry to persons and/or items based on festival rules and their discretion. All guests and their belongings will be subject to search prior to entering the festival site.
